Not so great Reviews
Here are my bad or not so great reviews. I made it easy to find these. Whenever I look at reviews I want to see the negative ones too.
I tell everyone I work with with that I can control what I say and do but I can't control what other people say or do. I say that because during the process of either buying or selling a home there are a lot of people involved. If a home inspection spoils a transaction or a loan is not approved in time that could negatively impact the process and sometimes that frustration is blamed on the agent. It happens. Sometimes people just don't get along. That happens too. Everybody is different and that is what makes my business so great. I get to meet all kinds of people!

This customer left me one star out of five but did not leave any comments. I reached out and he was upset at the Home Inspection and the fact that the inspector did not find issues that he thought he should have found. Since I recommended the inspector he blamed me and left me one star. The home inspection is a snap shot of the day when the inspection is done. This home inspector is one of the best so I was confident that he did a great job. The inspection does have its limitations.

dishonest, was more concerned with getting the sale, than doing what we wanted. Buyer wanted to reduce price after contract was signed, and the agent strong-armed us into accepting buy using all sorts of deceptive tactics, even though the buyer clearly would have lost their eanest deposit.
Agent Response: I fully explained the details of the contract and the buyers counter offer. He just didn’t like it. We still received the highest price ever for his house in that neighborhood. Also found him another home!
This review was from 2006! I sometimes wonder why 2 stars and not one! Even now in 2020 I got one of the highest prices for those homes.
